I'm thankful for what came out of this not-so-simple daily mobility. Not just what it did to my body but also my mind. And to be honest, the secret sauce was having a group chat. How do I choose the best plan for me?

It all comes down to what your goals are and how badly you want it.

1:1 coaching spots (online or in person)  are limited and in high demand. This isn't your copy-paste program; if you decide to go this route, your program will be built based on your needs. It's personalized, individualized, and unique to meet your goals. At this level, I expect you to be ready to commit - mentally, physically, and financially to working with me for at least 12 weeks. Weekly check-ins, 24/7 access to Izzy through the app! 

APP: This option is for those who want to achieve their goals at their own pace, have access to a world-class program, a growing COMMUNITY, and group support! Group chat support (Izzy will personally get back to the group ASAP) and a community that helps you along the way. 

What's included in the MLR App?

Full access to mobility programs, hybrid training programs, rehab protocols, and an ever-growing exercise library designed to support performance, recovery, and long-term results.

Can I switch my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade, switch, or move between in-person and app-based programs anytime.
